AN OPEN LETTER TO MY FUTURE DAUGHTER

  • Dear Marshmallow ,

Before you step out of my womb some day , I wish to tell you something. Listen to it carefully because you are about to live in a society where you waist line will be compared to an hour glass. You will have to live in a society where your vagina , that has the power to give birth to a whole new generation, will be considered weak and fragile. Beware my child because there will be monsters hiding under masks waiting to screw your vagina with their impure and dirty penises. There will be devil eyes staring at your breasts and impatient hands waiting to hold them whenever they get a chance. You will bleed at the age of 12 and your blood will be considered impure my love. The world will forget that they came out of the same blood that they consider impure. My beautiful, don't think that the flawless fake skin is the definition of beauty. Remember my child, that beauty comes from within, your inner glow matters. Remember child you are capable of doing anything. If they judge you prove them wrong. If they break your heart break their bones. Snatches your virginity without your permission chop off their organ. Anything wrong happens raise your voice. Raises their hands on you rip apart their soul. But do remember my child, not all men are the same. Not all men are monsters. And most importantly learn to say a no at the right time, at the right place , in the right way.

    Yours, Anjumma.
